When you submit the Early Access form, we collect:

• Business email — to contact you about your request;
• Company name — to assess fit for the programme;
• Vertical — your fintech segment;
• Locale — to communicate in your preferred language;
• Technical metadata — IP address, user-agent string, and timestamp, used for security and fraud prevention.

We do not deploy advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or fingerprinting on this Site.

We use submitted data to:

• evaluate and respond to Early Access requests;
• prioritise outreach for the closed beta;
• protect the Site against abuse (rate limiting, bot detection);
• meet any legal obligations that may apply.

We rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR and UK GDPR:

• Consent — you actively submit the form to express interest;
• Legitimate interests — assessing fit for the programme and protecting the Site against abuse.

Submitted data is processed by Adleger team members and the following processors:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and serverless execution;
• Telegram FZ-LLC — internal notifications to our team channel;
• where enabled, an Upstash Redis instance for short-term storage of submissions.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers.

Some processors are located outside the UK and EEA. Where transfers occur, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent UK addenda and apply additional safeguards as required.

Early Access submissions are retained for up to 24 months from receipt, after which they are deleted or anonymised, unless we are required by law to retain them for longer or you have entered into a separate service agreement with us.

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. You can also withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise any right, write to team@adleger.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

We use HTTPS everywhere, strict security headers, and limit access to submitted data to the Adleger team. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page; the “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision.
